Diversity

The diversity goal for Southeast Tennessee SHRM is to help our members, their respective employers and the community to create, cultivate and enhance an environment of diversity and inclusion.

Our approach will be multidimensional including representation of all groups (race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, socio-economic status, age, generational, physical and mental abilities, religious beliefs, military and veteran status, and other ideologies).

We will achieve this result through education, events, partnerships and recognition.
